Here we are, the final episode. And it actually reminded me a lot of Game of Thrones. Not because of the obvious links between the source material of the two shows, but because Game of Thrones also has that tendency to pull out all the stops for the second-to-last episode, and then finish with a rather mellow finale. I'm embarrassed to admit that it's taken me this long to notice that although the opening credits list all the actors, it only features the faces of three women within the scrollwork: Elizabeth Woodville, Margaret Beaufort and Anne Neville. Well, this episode pretty much belonged to Margaret of Anjou. Strangely, I don't find I have a huge amount to say about this episode. This focused on the first and second of Warwick's rebellions and his attempts to seize the throne by proxy, but whether Elizabeth's influence on Edward is the reason or the excuse for his uprisings remains somewhat opaque.

So this episode deals with the immediate fall-out of Elizabeth being crowned Queen of England, namely in regards to Warwick’s animosity toward her after she “steals” what he believes is his well-earned influence over Edward.
